We work quickly to get your order ready for shipping:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Delivered via EMS
– Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Funky Trunks purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return or exchange it:
Return Policy Basics
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Underwear and briefs (unless faulty)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Before proceeding, please ensure:
- Your item is eligible for return (see above)
- For swimwear, the hygiene liner must still be intact if tried on
Step 2: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Your full name and contact number
- Product details (name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: your preferred replacement item details
Step 3: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange availability confirmation (if applicable)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original invoice or packing slip
- Ship to our UK address (we’ll provide details in our response)
- Keep your return tracking number for reference
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Your bank or payment provider may take additional 3-10 business days to post the credit to your account
